Chat GPT4 - What's the Design Goals?
We wanted to capture the natural language understanding that people sort of saw and were very impressed with, with chat GPT. We wanted to like take it, you know, get a generation above what was there before. And so maybe that means that the handling time goes down for your actual rep for the questions that the bot has touched. But we don't have any summarization feature in there at the moment. It absolutely will attempt to sort of like disambiguation, draw out the customer response.
