Engagement Managers - The Busiest Role in the Firm
If you don't have formal management consulting experience, it's very difficult for you to slot into that engagement manager level and assign work dreams. Manager is the busiest person in the firm ri account of the fulcrum for for all these projects. And so if you don't know a partner, our recommendation is not to reach out to them. They do not want to be involved in the networking or recruiting process. It's just the way that things are set up.
