Sally Kohn: I just got back from a weekend of camping with my family and we went pretty far out into the woods. But I was still surrounded by devices. It's so hard for us these days to find this space to be with ourselves, she says. She suggests that if you can't remove yourself from an object for any chunk of time, that is actually an addictive relationship. The point of it is to get your regulatory system in a different stateSo that you can enjoy your life and look at the sky and realize that you're part of you are the sky.
