The Importance of Transparency in Spiritual Leadership

I feel like because of the nature of their influence, we deserve to know who we were influenced by. And also I want to know now that it's all in the light. What are you doing about it? And who are you and how are you responding? Maybe I could learn from that too and my apply it to my own life. It gives the empathy for people. Everybody's human. But spiritual leadership is different in my mind. There's a responsibility and a mantle to that.
