The Impact of the Pandemic on Human Resources
In the beginning of the pandemic there was that outpouring of support and appreciation for our frontline. We were averaging 0.5 close contact tracing per confirmed covid case compared to industry average of four. Some sites were doing just fine actually and thriving even in the pandemic so we dove in a little bit deeper to see what we could learn from those sites as well as building the action plans for the others.
