I don't wear polyester clothes, especially underwear as a man. There are some interesting studies on dogs. Polyester pants had a deleterious effect on spermatogenesis of the dogs. Is it an electrostatic potential affecting hormones? Who knows? But that's enough for me to think, all right, we probably need to study in humans with this.
