The first question you should always ask is, what will make this a great meeting for you? This is the quickest way to find commonality in the context of this meeting. Many of us are already coded as humans to start listening for similar emotions and background stories. So it's easy for most of us to try and find that connection as humans. We're kind of trying that way, but to find connect in the conversation that really simple at the beginning will get to the essence faster.
