If the mauth is right and we think it's in the path of progress, r we think we're to get appreciation, then we buy it,. cause we're gon to make money, whether it's right now or in the next three years. Soa understanding, like the quality of the tenants that you're buying right off the bat. And do they have a security deposits, right? A, you know, had they been screened, you know? So what are you actually inheriting? As is one of those things that i think not a lot of people look into.
