Bradford: I've completely kind of counteracted my negative early real estate investing failures which is speculation in my own fault and I deserve to be pun you know all of these things it wasn't real estate it was my stupid decision so I've come to terms with that. He says he's had a very positive experience the last three or four years with these couple single family rentals that he owns. Bradman: As long as you take the money out and you put it in something else that covers the cost of that money then you're fine make sure that those expenses are fixed and then your rental income is mostly going to be fixed because it's at least fixed for 12 months.
