I'd say for your average struggling person I think it comes down to all businesses at the age of 30 there's very little that you know and your then capital is limited. The amount that you'd be able to buy on your own may not be very much unless you're getting you're the son of a our daughter of a baby boomer who's then passing money down which is totally viable too. In order to build up let's say capital more quickly it's probably looking at something kind of I'll say kind of a repositioning either taking event really understanding the market and seeing where something's mispriced.
