Operations is a catch all phrase, Chris says. "It means you're really master of nothing, but you have to do everything," he adds. An operator or someone that is known as a great operator in America, I could probably say not as many fingers, you know, less than 10, You know, that I would think that I would say, yeah, they're a great operator."
