The Soviet Union, a World Class Dissembler

In 17 82, Benjamin franklin printed a false copy of the independent chronicle. He thought it would stiffen resistance to people who were getting soft on opposing the british as the war dragged on. And i have to tell you, the soviet union was a world class disinformation and, i mean, pre 19 17, a with the bolsheviks. But this raises an interesting question. I mean, shouldwe is it unfair of us to look upon this as something terrible? Is this just like espionage? It's kind of a dirty thing, but everybody does it.
