It is not necessary for crime fraud that the lawyer is involved the lawyer could be involved but that's not a requirement in this case. If they have mr. Corcoran doing that and he may even have contemporaneous notes as good lawyers do particularly good lawyers who are dealing with a client like the former president where people take notes because they want to be protective of themselves C.E.G. law no I'm loving this I'm like having flashbacks to law school keep going.
