How I Got Started at Stripe

I was the first hire in product ops at Stripe. We were just like two people for like two months, but then we really scaled fast. There wasn't even a PM across all these teams. I thought how should I have a PM and there are certain thing about product ops. It forced those other ones to define their own roles a little bit better than they had. And that's one of the things I think product operations can do even outside of its own role is like to help the organization just be clear about who should do when that kind of things.
