The Bill Game in Istanbul
CNN's John Sutter recalls an instructive experience in Turkey. A group of friends went out for dinner and realized they didn't have any Turkish currency. The waiter at the restaurant played a game where he took money from everyone but one person. He said, "That's worthless. I'm not taking that" That moment made him realize how valuable U.S. dollars were inside Iraq.
