I think the strength of affirmative action in the race classification system isn't so vague. It's actually a redistributionist, a model aimed at specific people for specific reasons. The only reason you are doing it is because you think these people will still be our political allies. And i think on their initial stinct of including hispanics and asians, an low of these programmes was to help all minority groups into a bigger coalition.
