Is It a Culture Controlled Moment?

In the nineties, there was a culture of managed anarchy that people got excited about. I feel like bevis and budhead was a part of this scape. And bum fights fell like natural extension of that, too. It just felt like eve thing had gone hay wire. We're in a more puritanical moment and a more like culture controlled moment than than the late nineties.
