Is This an Issue That Confounds Lots of Sales Leaders?
Sales leaders and salesmantresses assume they know certain things, which they just don't. Some of thes are really basic, like that people know how to hold a phone conversation. And also, i think sometimes the training they have received in selling doesn't help them in their role as a salesperson. So i think the whole mine set about selling is is off.
