Shell has paid a dividend every year since the Second World War. It's an evergreen stock in that regard. I think going forward, it's always been a cornerstone of my portfolio. And whilst the dividend was trimmed, they're still paying a dividend yield of 3.5%. So I think it's going to continue to offer great value. But you might want to pick your time, because of course, if there is a fall and the oil price, which of course we all hope there will be,. Because it'll mean cheaper fuel at the pumps.
