The Perverseness of Punitive Damages in the Alex Jones Lawsuits
20% of the cash that Fox Corporation has is going to have to be used to pay the settlement. It seems likely that Dominion's owners came out ahead in this whole defamation thing and they have more money than they would have had if Fox had never lied about them. But is there something a little perverse about that? I mean, I guess there isn't.
