Nirvana: A Review

Nirvana was performing at a concert in West Berlin the night that the Berlin Wall fell and like they were interviewed about it. Chris Novosilik is Croatian and he actually spent eighth grade living in socialist Yugoslavia. He went there for a year to live with relatives and he was exposed as an eighth grader to the absolutely flourishing post-punk movement of the early 80s. And I would like to think that like Nirvana heard some early Yugoslav dark wave records because they sound so grungy.
