Carlos: In the last 12 months, I've acquired a thousand units of multifamily real estate. That's a lot of scaling for sure. One of the biggest challenges is just having a solid team that could help me handle the multiple things that are required to manage a big portfolio. "I don't have to depend only on my dollars to do this and that's really what changed it all for me," he says.
