The Best Medicine for Depression Is Exercise
If you're depressed, go to the gim and do a really hard workout with heavy weights. You'll feel much better mentally and emotionally at the end of that workout. I think the best a medicine for depression is hard exercise. If i'm doing too many podcasts, just skip one, you know, or skip many. Just choose the titles that look interesting to you. Some people like every day, like i have em just for myself,. And like they're daily. So it's nice to have a daily podcast. But if you're busy, and you know, you don't have to listen to all of em meditation, walk, work are good advice for a healthy person.
