The National Party unveiled its $24 billion transport package in Hamilton on Monday. There were no questions about climate change at that stand up and only one on the topic during a media conference with Prime Minister Chris Hipkins later that afternoon. That's a surprise given National's policy is heavy on roads, lighter on public transport and virtually weightless on walking in cycling.
