The Importance of Understanding Roles

I try to teach versus try to tell what to do. And I, I definitely overcorrect towards the teach side where I go through and say, hey, here's the reason why we're doing this. A lot of, you know, depending on the role, they're just like, Oh, dude, I don't care about your life story. What do I need to do to get done? Right? So why I overdid it for a long time. It was a mismutual dissatisfaction. I was running with it enough when they are probably mad at me for talking too much. Or they're not giving me the result. That's good enough. Unfortunately.
