Building Competency and Confidence in Youth Ministry

There are opportunities opened up for people to grow in that area, but also for women to do that in a way that's not detrimental to the youth ministry. And can I say, for everyone, so valuable for people to be learning how to handle the word of God faithfully and so to have opportunities to do that is really important. So it sounds like some great things happening. Thank you.
