Is the FDA Evaluating E Cigarettes as a Smoking Cessation Aid?
Has the fda formerly evaluated them as a smoking cessation aid? That's a really good question, and it's confusing. The fta has not formally assessed a cigarette for a medicinal la - meaning that they help people quit smoking. But e cigarettes are currently considered tobacco products. They're regulated as these consumer products. And the center for tobacco product is in the process of evaluating e cigarettes to decide whether or not they should be remaining on the market.
