The Green Circle Is a Kind of a Help in Getting the Green Circle Right

If we nurture the red circle it becomes an impetus of saying well if I don't have to necessarily put all of my efforts into suppressing this holding this down taking responsibility for these things. It kind of de-shackles me from from from from that to a degree and it starts moving into the blue zone yeahYeah, you know how can I drive some of this forward? And then starting to work along along that framework the green circle is a kind of helps with that. We would like to see these not to be as intense or as strong for you as frequently as they are one way of working with that is trying to what we would say is get into this kind of compassion and mind
