What Does Flexibility Look Like?
What would flexibility look like if it were actually to benefit the people who are working? I think it really depends on vocation. This isn't some sort of, like every corporation has to be all in the office or all at home. There is nothing wrong with working from and araby. And b if you leave on a thursday night and you wake up on friday and you put in some hours of work, then you can actually roll your vacation instead of fighting friday afternoon traffic rate.
