Is There Arbitration in Social Media Companies?
The government is allowed to do content neutral regulation pretty easily. So long as it isn't targeting any particular kind of speech based on its content and treating it differently than other kinds of speech, it can regulate communicative practice so long as it has sort of reasonable justification. But if it's going to be interfering with the ability these companies to make editorial choices for themselves about what speech to transmit or what speech to promote, then things get really much trickier.
