Sleep and Mental Illness
Mental illness is directly correlated with poor sleep. If you know that you struggle in a certain area, taking action to remedy those weaknesses has to be one of the first things that you do. You have to be responsible for organizing your life and your environment in such a way that you don't have consistently an negative impact on others. Excuse anything bad behavior once you're conscious it doesn't excuse any bad behavior. And i feel like again we're talking as many times as we need to about mental health.
