Discussion of January 6 Evidence

Former US special counsel Jack Smith, who secured two criminal indictments against Donald Trump, testified for the first time in an open hearing before the House Judiciary Committee. Smith said "I stand by my decisions as special counsel" and emphasized that he operated without any political bias.
