The balance between what gets fully automated and where you need the human to both coach and guide it. Real-time unsupervised machine learning is where there's no learning, there's no training involved. The goal in those kinds of systems is initially, depending on the severity of the outcome, you wouldn't want to automatically attempt to resolve the issue. But we've seen some really interesting advances in things like long-shirt models that can be identified better than humans.
