Non violent communication can help us transfor gangs that behave in ways we don't like. It requires an awareness of how gang behavior ef fects how we are educated, what we carry within ourselves. Let me show you what i mean. I first start by empatically connecting to what needs of theirs are being met by doing it. And then i let them know what need of mine is not being met by how they're doing that. And we explore other ways of meeting both our needs at less cost.
