The Importance of Diversity in Decision Making

I've heard you talk a lot about the importance of diversity and good decision making. Do we need thinkers and re thinkers on teams so that we in itself can, can lead to better decisions? That's interesting. I think one of the reasons why people are excited about the potential of demographic diversity is it's often a proxy for diversity of thought. So how do, how do you bring that urgency? I think it's through humility. Is that innocence?
