I learned all of that stuff actually while working at Samsung, Samsung Austin Semiconductor. You need a lot of people to dedicate time and energy to building that knowledge base. It gives your team the ability to bring somebody in from the street who might not even be familiar with your industry. And they can be a contributing member in weeks rather than years.
