I was actually going to speak up for the city because I was really pleased to have been invited into the city on International Women's Day this year. So not only do women take career breaks to raise their children, but if they take a break around about the menopause or they don't take a promotion, then they're just economically disadvantaged compared to men. But I don't think the financial institutions are actually doing that badly. What I've observed from them is a real determination to make things better. You know, I'm fed up with people pointing out, well, we've got lots of women in the organisation... And then you look and it's all at the lower levels.
