Crawfish Seasoning
i use less powdered seasoning, more liquid boil than i usually use. Then once the crawfish went into the cooler or ice chest, i sprinkled em with extra salt and a little bitof extra powdered crawfish seasoning. And e let them sit and steam and kind of do their own thing. It's not enough to get all over your hands, like a lot of places do in west louisiana,. But it, it lets that crawfish really speak for itself without overpowering it with a whole bunch of seasoning and spice.
