How to Listen to Your Body After Eating

I think the biggest thing to do that people often forget to do is actually listen to your body after you eat something see how it sits with you check in with yourself a half hour later. Eating out isn't something I really miss anymore like I didn't have the luxury to for at least six months in the beginning of covid and then as things have opened up and I have gone for takeout here and there I haven't actually enjoyed it. After this I am going to go meal prep for the week and cook a few vegetables and on sheet pans that I can tuck away into portion size containers, she says.
