The Idiom That Drives Me 'Nutty'

I've been using that idiom quite a bit in the last six weeks. It actually means to try to do something, which is too difficult. The last time I bit off more than I could chew was when I started to create a new website for inglespodcast.com on WordPress and I suddenly realized I didn't have a clue what I was doing.
