Are Head Teachers Doing the Right Thing?
If you don't feel like it's the right thing, then say something. And also, if you've got concerns about a child that hasn't been brought up by the parents or by the senco or, you know, speak and say something. Head teachers can get bogged down with everything else that they have to do. If i could go back, i think separating the sencoan and the leadership roll would have been kind of better for me. I end up finding myself in this conflict, like internal conflict," she says.
