Where Should There Be Friction in Commerce?

Shopify CEO says friction in commerce is good to get rid of, but not challenge. If you strip away all the challenge out of commerce, what you're left with is a convenient store. Shopoy isn't a place to power convenience stores. That's not what we're about. One of the things we're proud of shopify is the biggest merchants who did not exist ten years ago are on our platform.
