There are lots of kind of interwoven threads it's almost like subtly different colors being woven into a particular not shape exactly. There's a pattern emerges through the book and one of the things that you come back to often is an encouragement to people to come back to themselves just their own experience what's happening which is a very Buddhist idea in a sort of core way. You do actually talk about coming back to your true self as I wear I wish you know my sort of Buddhisty ears pricked up when I read that because of course Buddhism this kind of encouragement to not see yourself as fixed or set in a particular way has some magic to it for some reason.
