How to Be a Good Pizza Worker

I usually eat out about once or twice a week. I like the usual... I had a really bad experience recently in pizza up. They charged me for full coke and the coke machine wasn't working. And when the pizza got there, it was a bit cold. You'd have British are terrible, but when they come up to you, nothing. What do you think I should have said? Or should we have a go at this?
