Liyu Cheyenne Is in Danger
Jiao Chow was 10,000 kilometers away in Beijing and had no idea what to do. He sent a frantic message to her contacts saying that Liyu Cheyenne is in danger. At least one of her classmates saw the message during the early morning hours but for unknown reasons, no one took action until about 8.30 am. Another international student was on the bus when he received an email asking him to check on Cheyenne.
