Debucy and Ballero by Debuse

i know ravell hated this piece, and i know a lot of musicians hate it too. But ravell considered it as an orchestration exercise, so i think it's fair game. Notice how clean all the lines are in debucy? It's so simple. One solo line stolen from debuse, snare drum accompaniment and pizicato. That's it. Now don't get me wrong, in other pieces, revel could get really complicated,. but he used the complicated color much more sparingly than debucy does. And debuce uses it all the time.
