Democracy Is Hanging on to Few Journalists
Parliament is able to ask questions of the prime minister, but not meaningfully hold him to account. Su grey discovered three events that had not previously been reported. The media have done a sterling job in exposing these parties. And if it wasn't for them we wouldn't be hearing about them at all. Our democracy is hanging on because few journalists are annoying enough to those in power and bring these sort of details to light.
