The History of Abortion in New York
A group of feminist lawyers in 19 70, who brought a case on behalf of women. It was the first case challenging an abortion restriction on behalf ofWomen affected by it. This is a case that pre dated row, but for a variety of reasons, not the case that made it to the supreme court. What i really enjoyed i was talking to a a couple of lawyers who were behind this litigation,. and then learning a tone about florence kennedy, who was their colleague on this case.
