There have been an ample amount of safety circulars which are available on all zonal sections of the railway board website as well. There had been very pertinent observations that were made in 2015 by inspecting officials who noted it down and said that safety literature was something that the station master or the signal maintainers were able to cite, but were unable to answer the questions in it.
