How Much Does Training Actually Shape the Dog's Personality?

How much of the dog's ultimate personality and behavior is just innate, is built in in some way? How much of it depends on the environmental experiences that we give them? And how much does training actually shape the dog's personality? What role do these three the o hypotheses play? I think it's such a nice way to divide it up, and i wish i'd thought of that way.
